OUR SHIPPING POLICY

For Hair On Hand , processing time takes 1-2 business days. You can chose the shipping time at checkout (Not Including Weekends Or Holidays). After order has been processed & remaining balance is received, a tracking number will be sent via email regarding the shipping status of your order. Therefore please provide a valid email .

NOTE: Once your order has been shipped we are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed orders. If any of these occur please reach out to USPS customer service to file a claim. 

If your package is returned, reship fee is $9 therefore please make sure your address is correct (provide apartment number) if you have one. We can not edit any shipping details

Be advised preorder units will be priced more than hair on hand units due to preorders are not wholesale prices. Hair on hand is bulk therefore i receive wholesale prices while preorders have extra fees being apply for ordering just 1 unit. If you have any questions please feel free to dm us.
